Intellectual Property All concepts, materials, documents, designs, software, trademarks, content, methodologies, business processes, and related intellectual property remain the sole property of Boston Innovation Outlet, Inc. Access to information does not grant ownership rights, licenses, or permission to use BIOCo intellectual property. 4. Pilot Program Participation You acknowledge that The Circuit and related initiatives may be operating as pilot programs, proof-of-concept demonstrations, or pre-commercial offerings. Features, functionality, participation requirements, rewards, incentives, and program structures may change as the platform evolves. 5. No Obligation Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into any pilot program, partnership, sponsorship opportunity, or business relationship. BIOCo reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or discontinue participation at its discretion. 6. Limitation of Liability Participants acknowledge that BIOCo makes no guarantees regarding business performance, customer traffic, revenue generation, marketing outcomes, or future commercial opportunities resulting from participation. 7.
